Remember to ask yourself how you feel and what you need in this moment. When asking this, think of your energetic body and its current state.

  • Do I feel floaty? Let’s do some grounding exercises like 54321 senses meditation.
  • Do I feel depressed and small? Let’s do a middle pillar exercise and expand my sense of self to the size of the universe
  • Do I have tension and stress? Let’s do some somatic exercises to relax and release tension
  • Am I feeling down? Let’s do a gratitude practice and remember all the good things in my life
  • Am I having trouble connecting to others? Let me meditate on love which is connecting
  • Do I need to feel safe? I can affirm that my space is safe and secure foundation
  • Am I overwhelmed due to thinking to much? Let’s observe my thoughts and let them pass through me..
