As you stretch, start breathing in deeply for 2-3 minutes, holding each breath .. visualize breathing in high vibrational energy deep into your body, with each breath imagine your body being filled with bright white light, breath deeply for 2-3 minutes
Bring your awareness to the here and and now by focusing on your breath
As you breathe in and out, as you move your body, as you drink the water, focus your point of attention on your body. You can close your eyes if you like for a minute or two to bring full awareness to the here and now.
