Assume the best.. your world is filtered by your assumptions, you literally see more apparent that which you focus on, focus on the best outcome, assume it and you shall get it more often than not
Question your beliefs. Your beliefs are not beliefs, they are the depth and width (or boundaries) of your reality experience. They are the rules and foundation of your being. Expand your beliefs about yourself, others and the world and your reality experience will expand and shift to represent that… in other words whether you think you can or cannot, your right. You, through your beliefs, either empower or disempower you
Reprogram your mind. Most of your thoughts are subconscious programming. And thoughts turn into behavior which creates your reality experiences. Control your thoughts and you empower yourself to create your reality. Subconscious beliefs > Thoughts > behaviors
Be open minded. Reality is reflective of your state of being. It’s a mirror. If your mind is made up and closed, reality will reflect your assumptions and beliefs back to you. But if you are open minded, reality will reflect back to you something new and exciting. Be open to anything and anything can be.
Slow down. When you Slow down, you speed up. A paradox but it’s true. Slow down. Enjoy the moment. As you do that your conscious focus is in the moment. This is flow state. The state of being single pointed focus. The longer you can stay in this state the better you’ll feel.
