Power Hour
The purpose is to feel good—soothing and relaxing the ego. As the ego softens its grip of control, the higher mind naturally takes the lead, creating space for clarity and alignment.
Key Focus: Soothing the ego, Relaxing deeply, Allowing the higher self to take the lead.
Gratitude

• Relax and Sink into the Body: Gently release tension and allow yourself to feel grounded in your physical self.
• Slow the Breath and Sync Mind-Body Connection: Focus on calming your breathing to align your mind and body. Let your thoughts slow down and find stillness.
• Embrace Stillness: Shift into “no mind” mode—less thinking, more feeling and presence.
• Meditate with Awareness: Close your eyes, focus on your body, and anchor yourself in your breath.
• Chant or Hum (“Om”): Use sound to deepen your connection and quiet the mind.
• Stretch, Move, and Energize Your Body: Engage in yoga, stretching, or workouts to keep energy flowing, build strength, and feel physically good—ideal for starting the day.
• Hydrate with Purpose: Begin the day by drinking at least 1 liter of water to support your body’s vitality.
• Be Present: Bring awareness fully into the here and now, anchoring yourself in the present moment.

* Empowering Mantras: Use affirmations to set intentions and guide my day with empowering thoughts.
* Create My Reality: Craft an empowering story about myself, others, and the world. Visualize and assume it is already done.
